Finding that balance point with calorie intake can be tricky and challenging. Many apps these days can certainly assist in your endeavors. My highest recommendation is to become more in tune with the specific needs of your body. We are just as unique on the inside as we are on the outside, and 'one man's food is another man's poison' are sage advice for learning to personalize your nutritional intake. Remember ANY signs and symptoms from your body are indicating some imbalance. The sooner you can understand and make the corrections, the quicker your body will restore harmony.
