2. Triage - what can I do right now and what is order of priority.
3. Get feedback and take a new action
4. Leave the emotional baggage behind.
5. Rinse and repeat.

We are habit machines and until we adopt new habits we will simply rinse and repeat what we've always done. Take a risk, try a new approach and test your results.
