Headaches & migraines can be debilitating and prevent you from doing the things you love to do!

1. Hydrate - #1 source of head related pain is dehydration from my experience. Ensure you are sufficiently hydrated every day.

FORMULA - Each day drink half your body weight (measured in pounds) in ounces of water, regardless of whatever else your drink. If you weight 150 pounds, you would need to drink 75 ounces (about 10 cups) of water.

2. Sleep - power nap even but get your sleep back in track and find a solid, consistent routine.

3. Meditate - relieving your mental stress and tension will reduce your 'fight and flight' pathway and activate your 'rest and digest' pathway to help relieve physical stress and tension.

4. Get Outdoors - EMF alters your brain patterns and regularities. Get outside in the sun and leave your devices at home. 

5. Massage - Self-massage of the epicranial fascia can help increase blood supply to the surrounding musculature of the cranium.
